Please SHARE! City of Monroe, North Carolina is offering free cooking classes for 18+. With the rising food costs and juggling that parents do this is a great opportunity to learn how to cook healthy meals while watching your budget. It’s also a self empowering course!!
They can provide childcare while you learn to cook as well.

Due to COVID-19, we can only have 4 total volunteers. But you can serve by making part of the meal too! Masks and gloves....
