It's a big race week for us with athletes all over the country. We have folks at the Gravel Grinder festival, New Mexico 70.3, Pardeeville and of course the big one, Door County!

All are trained, rested and excited to test their metal. LET'S GO !!

From One Kind Of First To Another!

Brian Andryk and Dan Oryall took the overall wins at the Wisconsin Triterium and Duck Creek Triathlon this last weekend !

These two guys show that high performance is possible, even with a demanding career (Aerospace Engineer & Surgical PA) and being involved and present with family every_single_day.

So many folks believe that balancing sport with life means lower performance. It doesn't really have to be that way ... you just have to know where and when to focus and how to downshift at the right times. These two are evidence that the proof is in the pudding!

Coaching these folks to be better at what they love to do is not hard when you have conditions like we had last night.

A big one was banked while also working on the skills of drafting, sighting, passing and being passed (yes there is a skill to develop there too).

Athlete Spotlight - Abby Ulrich

Abby is one of those people who brings a chill, yet upbeat, LET'S CRUSH THIS energy to every training session.

A former Division I swimmer at University of Colorado Boulder, Abby now lives in Madison with her partner-in-crime, Matt, who is also a BBMC athlete.

Abby's passion for sport runs deep. She comes from a family that loves endurance sports, and that passion is matched by a tremendous sense of gratitude. Just a few years ago, she spent months in the hospital battling meningitis and nearly lost her life. Her recovery required incredible strength, determination, and patience.

To those who know Abby, it's no surprise that she fought her way back. Since then, she's returned to racing, completing Wisconsin 70.3 last season and Rockford 70.3 this year.

At just 26 years old, Abby has a long runway ahead, and we're excited to see what's next. Abby, thank you for everything you bring to the sport, our team, and the community. We're proud to be part of the journey!
