BEFORE / AFTER pic’s of a little basement 1/2 bath Winn Build completed last December 25’. The homeowner wanted to update the space in a “japandi” motif as well as address practical concerns such as lighting and odor exhaust. If you are wondering where the toilet is at, a macerating toilet has been installed since our portion of the work has been completed. BETTENDORF DOUBLE BATH REMODEL! 🚽🚽🚿🚿

Earlier this year Winn Build took up the task of bringing our client’s vision to life for their main and en-suite bathrooms. We remodeled both of these dated bathrooms simultaneously. We followed our clients direction with a pinch of our own design thrown in there as well too.
Some of the client’s design requirements were:

- keep original wood work
- keep a grey palette
- update / add lighting
- smooth out the heavily textured ceilings
- expand the en-suite shower
- replace all the finishes

We met all the specifications, as well as adding some nice features, such as a bidet toilet attachment and ultra quiet “remote” exhaust fans. As always check out the before and after pictures and the ASMR tour video in the comments that shows how silent the new bath fans are!

BEFORE / AFTERS of a ranch home with some eclectic mid-century modern flair! We failed to get the internet worthy “staged” photos but we did get a couple as the job was wrapping up. This was a complete layout change with 4 closets removed / a conversion of a extra bedroom to a walk in closet / an expansion of a tiny on-suite to a fully blown broody master en-suite / and an addition of first floor laundry hook ups and many, many more changes.
