Local 1130 apprentices, field reps and our Central Valley training coordinator attended both the Waterford High School and Stanislaus County Olympics job fairs where over 900 high school students got a chance to learn about the Laborers Union and the career pathways and pre-apprenticeship programs that we offer. These young men and women are the future of construction!

*CONCRETE LABORERS (VI****OR, HOSE AND CHUTE MEN)
*ASPHALT LABORERS AND RAKERS
*PIPE LAYERS (STORM, SEWER, WATER AND GAS)
*HYDRAULIC / AIR-TRACK AND DIRECTIONAL BORING DRILLERS
*BRIDGE LABORERS
MUST have experience as a journeyman or journeywoman in the trades and
MUST pass a drug test
MUST be hardworking, responsible and have reliable transportation.
Veteran priority program- “Helmets to Hardhats”
Compensation includes:
$31.55 to $32.50 per hour
Plus employer paid pension, annuity, vacation, health, dental, vision and prescription coverage
