MAINTENANCE MECHANICS / AMMONIA REFRIGERATION
SALARY - $28.00 - $30.00/hour

HOURS - 1st or 2nd Shift

Our well established AG/Food Processing client is PARTNERING with STAFFING PARTNERS in search of experienced Maintenance Mechanics for IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME CAREER OPPORTUNITIES!

• Level I - CIRO CERTIFICATION IS A MUST!
• Level II - CARO CERTIFICATION IS A MUST!
• Individuals applying must be able to work any shift, overtime with short or no notice and weekends.

JOB REQUIREMENTS / DUTIES:
• Successfully passed Reta CIRO or CARO Ammonia Refrigeration test.
• Refrigeration knowledge and experience with compressors, condensers, refrigeration accessories and controls, working knowledge of NH3, NH3 Safety.
• Electrical knowledge to include efficient troubleshooting and repair of electrical equipment to include 480V, 220V, 120V and 24V.
• Working knowledge and ability to efficiently troubleshoot pneumatics, air compressors and components.
• Ability to efficiently troubleshoot and repair manufacturing, processing and packaging equipment.
• Working knowledge and ability to efficiently troubleshoot hydraulics including pumps, accessories and controls.
• Ability to proficiently perform various types of welding including sanitary stainless steel and minor fabrication experience.
• Working knowledge, and ability to efficiently troubleshoot and repair boilers, steam systems, water softeners pumps, and general plant utilities.
• Working knowledge of all plant process systems, Breaking Equip., HTST, CIP, sterilization, etc.
• Some working knowledge of PLC process control system as well as knowledge and ability to troubleshoot PLC controlled equipment.
• Possess sufficient hand tools and test equipment with ability to use them to properly perform job functions as required.
