My last project of year 9 was a test recipe. My version of a coquito cupcake. Coconut cupcake with cinnamon coconut frosting.

Nothing like some p**p emoji cupcakes to help celebrate a special 3 year old! Devil’s food cake with milk chocolate buttercream.
I had a lot of fun creating this Tiki cake. This cake is chocolate with chocolate fudge frosting. The “wood” is made from Pirouette French vanilla cookies. The Plumeria’s and Tiki are fondant.
