At First Tee – Central Valley, we often say that golf is just the vehicle. What we’re really building is community.

First Tee is a youth development organization that uses the game of golf to help young people build confidence, character, and life skills that go far beyond the course. But what truly makes this program special isn’t just the sport, it’s the people, the mentorship, and the environment where kids feel supported and encouraged to grow.

Every time a participant steps onto the course, they’re stepping into something bigger than a lesson. They’re building relationships, learning how to overcome challenges, and discovering what they’re capable of achieving.

And during the summer months, that impact becomes even more important. With more time and fewer structured routines, kids need opportunities to stay active, connected, and engaged in something positive.
