Soulful Delights

A few months ago I was out walking, feeling very down about myself.

I was playing in my mind negative self talk and having a very unproductive conversation in my brain.

About halfway through this silly walk, a car pulls up, a window rolls down and a super cute old lady speaks.

She said, “You look really pretty! I love your tattoo and your long hair, and you just look really pretty! Have a good day!”

Then she drove off.

My walk completely changed after that.

She made a big difference in this gals life at THE PERFECT TIME!!

And it happened again a month ago when I was bundled up and out walking, and having a terrible day.

A delivery guy said he really liked my outfit, and to have a great day.

We never realize how little things we do and say can make a huge impact on people’s lives.

Take time to make someone smile! We never really know what others may be going through.
