When dealing with these heat waves from a property management perspective remember the following tips; 🌞🥵
1. Your AC should not be set lower than 75°F. If it is unable to shut off during the day the coils will freeze 🥶over and will stop blowing 💨cold air. Then you're stuck until it thaws. 🫠
2. You can get discounted utility rates at different times of the day.
3. If you don't have your own, make a date with a friend to enjoy their pool and some company.
