Mobile Probate Court Corruption

Mobile Probate Court has been lining its pockets using the conservator to do so, conspiring to steal. They all need to be in prison even though they conspire to do that to the parties to steal from them.

When the U.S. Attorney tells you it’s bad, and full of malpractice and a bevy of ethical and moral issues, well, what else need be said? And very apologetic too for what they did, she said.

Mobile probate has been coordinatednsting taking eststes and, therefore, monies for a long time now. The question isn’t are they using or a usinf the law to violate it? The question is how much have they taken under color of law?

Lawyers and clerks have told me this is well known and an open secret and that just floors me, but per my experience on both parents states - with dad a lawyer himself, and the judge a pallbearer himself - I am not surprised. Saddened and disappointed for sure.
