Years ago I made this Birthday Book for dear Tut Riddick. I haven’t seen it in years but since Tut’s passing, her daughter Renee Riddick Wilbur has returned and gifted me with finds from The Riddick Fun House. WOW I forgot I used to make birthday books! May have to start doing these again! I’m so happy to see this again. Tut was a huge influence on me…. As an artist who was fearless, playful, and full of fun. She got me to go to my first residency, she showed me that you could be yourself totally and survive! Thank you Renee! Thank you Tut! Thank you universe!
