having an available contractor work force properly trained in the requirements needed to work on their industrial and commercial sites provided the impetus for a number of safety councils along the Gulf Coast to form an association to address those concerns. Third Coast Safety has proudly been a member of that association from the beginning. That association which is known as the Association of Reciprocal Safety Councils, Inc (ARSC) has developed the basic safety awareness programs that all members of ARSC provide allowing for the consistent, uniform and up to date instruction that was missing. The attainment of uniform standards in curriculum and instruction and national credentials are the primary goals of ARSC. Firms recognize 3CS as a cost-effective method of training that is of high quality and consistently state of the art. It facilitates their effort to comply with regulations of the federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), CFR 1910 and 1926, and to upgrade the level of worker skills.
