Abandoned apartment complex located in Algiers La. Known for being home to one of the most prominent gangs in New Orleans throughout the 90’s and continuing into today. Hurricane Katrina also had a hand in the destruction of these buildings, leaving an already run down complex in near uninhabitable conditions. At present, these are abandoned completely, and have been taken over by graffiti artists and Mother Nature.
