What The Beck Cooking

I spent the holiday weekend at my parents house and I was tasked with making dinner one night. I thought this sounded good and I worked with what I had, since I was not in my own kitchen, and it turned out really good. Pork Chop Tips and Rice is what I am calling it.

Ingredients
4 thick cut rib pork chops (Cut off the bone into bite-size pieces)
2 medium yellow onions (diced)
16oz  carrots (Cut into bite-size pieces)
2cups rice
1/2cup butter
1 14oz can Beef gravy
1 onion soup packet
1-2tbsp olive oil
32oz water
Marinate and season to your liking
