🌟 Meet Michael Dillaber 🌟
With 29 years of disaster-related experience — from serving as Mobile County and Alabama State VOAD President to contributing to long-term recovery after Hurricanes Ivan & Katrina — Michael brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He joined Mobile County EMA in 2023 as a Plans & Operations Officer, and we’re grateful for his expertise and dedication.
Outside of work, he and his wife of 32 years enjoy caring for a variety of animals including two large tortoises. Emergency Management must run in the family – Their son, Benjamin, is the Deputy Director at Clarke County EMA.
