This property was an old home place that had been abandoned over 30 years ago. There were fences, storm damaged barns, brush and other structures to be cleaned up. We left the larger trees, burned what we could and recycled most of the metal. Graded it out to make it beautiful again. Updates on some projects we have been working on. Before after pictures of a property we cleaned up. Owner was retired from the nursery business and wanted this area (about 3acres)cleaned up to be leased for row crops. We dug up all of the old irrigation, removed fabric, cleaned ditches and took down 9 old non producing pecan trees. Regraded property and tenant was able to come right behind us and disc area.
