Sirius Staffing is seeking motivated and energetic Fitness Specialists to support a wellness center at a large manufacturing site in Pascagoula, MS. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team focused on employee health and wellness!

🏋️‍♂️ Positions Available: Full-Time & Part-Time

💵 Pay: $16–$20/hr (BOE)

📅 Schedule:
• Part-Time: Up to 20 hrs/week, flexible with early mornings or late afternoons (e.g., 4:30a–9a or 3p–8p)
• Full-Time: Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts during gym hours (4a–7:30p)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Supervise the fitness center, monitor equipment usage and ensure participant safety
✅ May lead group and individual fitness sessions
✅ Design personalized fitness programs
✅ Conduct fitness assessments and wellness consultations
✅ Support company-wide health and wellness initiatives

What We’re Looking For:
⭐ Health & Fitness certifications (highly preferred)
⭐ CPR/AED and First Aid (required)
⭐ 0–2 years fitness instruction experience
⭐ Bachelor’s in Exercise Science, Health Promotion, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
This is a contract position through Sirius Staffing with a manufacturing client site in Pascagoula.
