4th Annual Pink Laces Girlz Camp The James T. Strickland Youth Center and the Mobile Police Department Victim Services are partnering again to host the 4th Annual Pink Laces Girlz Camp (Teen Edition), a community program designed to empower and uplift at-risk girls across the Mobile area.
