Good evening residents,

In anticipation of the upcoming drop in temperatures for our area, please take the necessary precautions to avoid frozen pipes by turning water faucets on to provide a small stream of running water.

Your cooperation is appreciated and hopefully you will not experience an interruption of service.

In the event pipes freeze, little can be done until temperatures rise above freezing, allowing pipes to thaw. Should pipes rupture, turn water off at the nearest valve or at the meter. During these times maintenance personnel and plumbers are very busy. You may have an extended wait before regaining service. PLEASE BE PATIENT.

Should you leave your home, be sure to leave your heating system on.
