DIANE HAIAR was born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota and her law degree from the University of South Dakota Knudson School of Law. During law school, Diane was a member of Trial Team, President of USD Women in Law, and Vice President of the Public Interest Network.

Diane is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association. Her practice focuses on family law, personal injury, and general litigation.

Tim was raised on a farm near Tulare, South Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree from South Dakota State University and his law degree from The University of Nebraska (2004). He is a member of the American Bar Association, the South Dakota Bar Association, American Health Lawyers Association and is admitted to practice in the US District Court for the District of South Dakota. Tim has been the managing partner of Morgan Theeler since 2013.

Tim’s practice focuses on the areas of healthcare, litigation, business law and entity formation, divorce law, alternative dispute resolution and municipal law.

SKYLER MICKELSON was born and raised here in Mitchell, South Dakota. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of South Dakota where he went on to earn his law degree. Skyler is a member of the South Dakota Bar Association and American Health Lawyers Association, and is excited to give back to his community.

His practice focuses on business acquisitions, planning and organization, real estate, estate planning and trust administration, as well as health care law.
