Today is Yesterday the Senate in my state voted to ban gender affirming care for minors. Such a slap in the face for the whole community and it really does feel like some@people in power are on an all-out assault against transgender people. I have trans and nonbinary individuals in my immediate family. We just want to live our lives, have the same rights as anyone else and be safe. If you’re transgender, whether you’re out or not, you belong here! Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise! If you are a trans youth and will be affected by this awful legislation, please hang in there! It gets better. The world needs you!
