Undetectable = Untransmittable (U=U) đź’™

When a person living with HIV is on treatment and maintains an undetectable viral load, they have zero risk of transmitting HIV to their s*xual partners. Zero.

U=U is more than a medical fact—it’s a message of hope, dignity, and empowerment.

✨ For individuals, U=U can:
- Increase HIV testing
- Support treatment adherence and viral suppression
- Improve quality of life and overall well‑being

✨ For communities and organizations, U=U helps us:
- Build understanding of the benefits of HIV treatment
- Champion access to care and treatment
- Reduce HIV‑related stigma and discrimination
- When we share U=U, we save lives and strengthen communities.

The 4th of July holiday can bring up complicated and conflicting emotions for many people especially for the BIPOC communities. Whether this date is one of celebration, remembrance, or of healing, the Montana Two Spirit Society wishes all our relatives a safe holiday weekend.
