As Christmas approaches, we want to pause and thank each of you for the incredible commitment, sacrifice, and spirit you’ve shown throughout this year. The holidays are a special time to celebrate the bonds we share — with our families, our friends, and within the 416 TEC family.

Christmas is a season of joy, but it also brings busy schedules, travel, and celebrations. Please take care of yourselves and each other. Drive safely, celebrate responsibly, and keep an eye out for your battle buddies. Your well-being and safe return to begin the new year together is the greatest gift we can give one another.
