From building homes to improving energy efficiency, the demand for trained workers continues to grow across the state.

This August, gain practical experience and industry-recognized skills through Job Site Ready + Basic Weatherization. Includes 30 hours of online learning plus 3 days of hands-on instruction.

We're excited to see our Anaconda cohort featured by KXLF. These students didn't just learn about construction, they put their skills to work by building a tool shed for their school district while gaining hands-on experience, industry knowledge, and confidence along the way.

This is what Job Site Ready is all about: creating pathways into the trades and helping participants discover what's possible when they learn by doing.

State program encourages Anaconda students to work in construction Eight Anaconda High School students built a tool shed through Accelerate Montana's Job Site Ready program to gain hands-on construction experience.

There’s nothing better than seeing hands-on learning create a real impact in Montana communities.

A big thank you to the students of Belgrade High School and Mr. Randy Radke’s shop class for donating a newly built storage shed to Warriors & Quiet Waters!

The project was completed through the Job Site Ready Program funded by Accelerate Montana. Students completed 30 hours of training before spending two days building the shed, which will provide winter storage for outdoor furniture at the ranch.

We’re grateful for their hard work, craftsmanship, and support of our mission. Congratulations to these students ahead of graduation this weekend!

This cohort will build a shed for HAVEN lerning skills that create real opportunity.
