My son decided early on that he wanted to become a Chef. Two years ago we enrolled him at the KC Culinary in downtown OP. He was hooked and wanted more. Two weeks later he used money he had saved to enroll in the Jr. Chef's Academy and began taking as many classes as his already busy schedule would allow. We've got Bison Tacos tomorrow!!! Made with 100% Grass fed Buffalo. Looking forward to sharing this new experience with everyone! It's going to be a(maize)ing!
