I get up at 3 in the morning to make them fresh for the markets but due to time and oven limitations, I currently only make 10 -15 loves. I make Rosemary Artisan bread with fresh rosemary which I grow at home. The Rustic Artisan Bread is a mix of different flours and the Rye Bread has all organic ingredients. I like to call myself an urban farmer, since I have made use of every available space in our 2 lot yard. I grow most of the fruit used in the making of my products. Citrus trees include: 3 different orange varieties; 1 Star Ruby Grapefruit; 2 Meyer Lemon; 2 Tangerines. Fruit trees: 3 Plum; 3 Peach, 2 Fig; & 2 Pomegranate trees. I also grow very hot peppers, tomatoes, kale, and seasonal fruit and vegetables. Everything is grown following organic principles. No pesticides nor chemicals of any kind are used in growing my fruit or vegetables. I make my own compost and care responsibly for my trees and plants. All my products are made with fresh fruit and all natural products with names you can pronounce. They are all low sugar with about 60
% less sugar than commercially available jams/marmalade. They are not just good, but Wicked Good!
