Our business…We are a group of 6 mental health therapists who specialize in reproductive mental health. We have an exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for office space with low commitment & well below market value for the area. Our office suite is a peaceful setting. It is a space suitable for health or mental health providers and many other types of businesses.

Office space details…We are located at 6811 Shawnee Mission Parkway in the Cloverleaf Office Park (corner of Shawnee Mission Parkway and Metcalf in Mission, KS). Rent price includes use of the waiting room with tea and coffee bar, kitchen with microwave and refrigerator, high-speed Wi-Fi, printer, storage, and handicap accessibility. You have the benefit of dropping into a furnished space so you can focus on your work (or we will clear it out if you want to bring things of your own). The office itself has its own exit door to the main hallway. The office park has outdoor workspaces equipped with Wi-Fi and a 2-mile walking path and pond.

Cost of Rent…
1-year lease: $700 per month
6-month lease: $750 per month
Month-to-month lease $800 per month
