Recently completed in San Juan, TX!

It's been a hot summer for construction, but there's work to be done! With 100% of the spaces leased, the construction team is now starting on the interior built-outs for the tenants.

This month we are also starting phase 2 of the development, consisting of 23 modern townhomes. The design features uniquely composed facades for each unit, providing a sense of individuality within a cohesive community.

We're making great progress at our commercial building in San Juan! The facade is finally prepared for the final coat of stucco! The team, and tenants, are looking forward to opening this summer 😎
