There's no better time than Spring to breathe new life into the old and worn down things in your life. Whether that's an old car, appliance, part of your house, or anything else, we're sure there's something in your life that could use a touch up. This week, take the time to give one of these things a fresh start. Clean it, add a fresh coat of paint, or completely redecorate it; we think you'll find it's rejuvenating for you as well. This week, we invite you to go about your usual routine, but with a twist. It's easy to fall into habits and live life on autopilot, but we think you'll find adding a bit of novelty to the everyday can make even the mundane feel new. So this week, eat dinner like you usually do, but on the roof. Or spend an evening watching your favorite movie, but project it onto the side of the house. Even just brushing your teeth with your non-dominant hand will do the trick. Just add a little bit of variety to your usual routine this week, however that makes sense to you. Good luck!
