Did you get you Vitamin D in today? Don’t be afraid of the sun. And this comes from a vitiligo girl. From teaching my Beach Yoga classes for many years to sitting outside and just absorbing the sun 🌞 through the top of my head, it’s good to know your body naturally creates Vitamin D when you get some sun.
