Let’s be real for a second. We’ve all seen those boring help-wanted ads that read like a washing machine instruction manual. That’s not us.

At 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐎𝐮𝐭𝐝𝐨𝐨𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠, we don’t just cut grass—we master the outdoors. And right now, we’re looking for a motivated, hard-working individual to join our tight-knit, hard-working crew.

Our team has a great relationship with one another, and we are basically extended family. That means we laugh a lot, work hard, support each other, and actually enjoy showing up to work every day.

🌱🌞𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙎𝙪𝙣𝙣𝙮 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 (𝙎𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙚𝙧):Mowing, trimming, w**d control, plant trimming, general lawn care maintenance, and keeping our mowers in tip-top, finely-tuned shape.

❄️𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝘽𝙧𝙧𝙧 𝙎𝙚𝙖𝙨𝙤𝙣 (𝙒𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧): Transitioning to our elite sidewalk snow removal crews to keep our community safe and clear.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 (𝐓𝐡𝐞 "𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭-𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞𝐬"):
𝙍𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 & 𝘿𝙚𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙗𝙞𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮: Yes, we know those mean the same thing, but they are so important we had to say it twice! If you say you’re going to show up, show up.

𝙋𝙝𝙮𝙨𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙖: This is rewarding, honest, manual labor. You'll be working hard, getting your hands dirty, and enjoying the great outdoors.

𝙎𝙚𝙡𝙛-𝙈𝙤𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙙 𝘿𝙚𝙩𝙖𝙞𝙡 𝙎𝙚𝙚𝙠𝙚𝙧𝙨: We want someone who takes pride in their work. You're the kind of person who notices the one stray blade of grass or the slightly uneven trim and fixes it without being asked. You love the satisfaction of a perfectly finished yard (and those beautiful, straight lawn stripes).
