I do understand that if this is something you don't like or feel is right about, then this could be very concerning. And if you are new to this hobby and a new DJI owner this could or may be challenging or overwhelming. I know for me it was challenging at first too.

The way I see it is if you own a DJI drone having to do firmware updates is just part of owning one of these drones. The other thing is getting the firmware updates from DJI always means you've got the most up-to-date firmware for that drone out there. Most of the time the DJI firmware updates are good and well worth having. I guess for me I have had zero issues with updates after they have been installed.
