the turmoil of my mindset had to change. Once I came to this realization, I developed my holistic approach to Conscious Health. This approach allows me to flow through life with ease and grace full of self trust. This approach will help you, whether it is a decision on what to eat, exercise, relationships or life purpose. When I personally learned that I could tap into higher vibrational energy my intuitive abilities were strengthened. Finding this intuitive alignment created a sense of harmony, magic, and effortlessness that vibrated into my everyday experiences. This allows me daily experiences of abundance and grace. I let go of control and outcome and receive what is happening around me, for me. My mission is to empower you to find the answers within yourself and to confidently act using your intuitive gifts so you can create the life you were inherently meant to live. Picture getting home from a long journey. You sit next to me on a bench and place your bag between us. I will help you unpack. We will sort out all the basics. I will teach you to only put back in what is for your highest good and abundance. We will let go of self doubt, limiting beliefs and what is no longer serving you. I love Reiki because it connects us to higher vibrational energy, balances our energetic system, and creates a supportive space to listen to our intuition. We are born with the ability to heal ourselves. Reiki connects our higher selves with everyone around us. It reveals the power that is inherent in each of us. I love offering Crystal Sound Baths. Crystals emit positive, uplifting, energizing, and calming vibrations that help you achieve a more peaceful mind and a revitalized physical state of being. You will be completely and entirely immersed in waves of echoing sounds that are intended to wash away negative, stressful thoughts and feelings. It is the perfect escape from the modern stresses of life. As a mom of 6, I understand that it’s important to believe in your own magic, create your own sunshine, ALWAYS buy the shoes, and what we do as parents become our children’s inner voice as they grow. As a woman, I believe we need to be a force of love in the world and that no one is too old for a fairy tale. We are all here to become the best and fullest versions of ourselves.
