The 13th Grade Program

ULA 13th Grade Initiative
With a grant from the Minnesota Department of Education and in partnership with Minneapolis Public Schools, the Minneapolis Urban League has launched its 13th Grade Initiative. This program helps young adults ages 18-24 who have been existing outside of the mainstream to break down barriers to high school graduation, college enrollment, and career pathway identification.  ...
