What will you be doing?

-Support the Crossfuze Europe Sales team in their management and ex*****on of demand generation and sales enablement activities
-Collaborate with the US based Marketing team to support the delivery of field marketing campaigns
-Create timelines and logistics involved in the ex*****on of ServiceNow related events from inception to completion and provide on-site support at events
-Manage the calendar to ensure that all major UK events and campaigns are documented and communicated to internal teams
-Develop a network of event vendors in the UK as needed, the capability to communicate and negotiate needs and meet deadlines
-Keep track of all inventory and ship items in time to reach proper destinations as needed
-Track and gather results from each event and incorporate our findings in event recaps to develop successful future events

Qualifications

-2 to 4 years of experience with a marketing position in an agency or corporate setting
-Bachelors Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications,
-Marketing or related field OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
-Experience working closely with a sales team, supporting sales initiatives, building presentation materials, etc.
-Experience managing projects with external vendors
-Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
-Exceptional organization, attention to detail & ability to multi-task
-Creative thinking and confidence to proactively share ideas to better marketing and sales initiatives and outcomes
-Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
-Enthusiasm to take ownership of projects and follow through to successful completion

Nice to have

-Adobe creative suite experience including InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop
-Experience working in the technology industry
-Proficiency with task management tools, especially Asana
-Experience working with Salesforce
-Experience working with Pardot

Qualifications

-3 to 5 years of experience with a marketing position in an agency or corporate setting
-Bachelors Degree in Integrated Marketing Communications,
-Marketing or related field OR 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
-Management/logistical support experience for both large and small corporate events including meetings and trade shows
-Identifying and organizing requirements, establishing contacts, creating schedules and assignments
-Experience managing projects for an entire marketing team, ensuring that initiatives are driven and stay on track
-Experience with design and creative support, creating digital and print collateral
-Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
-Exceptional organization, attention to detail & ability to multi-task
-Creative thinking and confidence to proactively share ideas to better marketing and sales initiatives and outcomes
-Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
-Enthusiasm to take ownership of projects and follow through to successful completion
