Sadness is something we must LEARN & It’s possible to have a healthy relationship with it • as vital as the one we cultivate in order to welcome JOY into our lives.

Culture encourages sprinting from sadness, death too • but remember grief + sadness are spiritual teachers.

Raw emotions land to transform • to connect us to something bigger; a truth that is whole and wise and firm • a reality that links this world to the next, seamlessly upon surrender.
