Join us for Borough’s Last Supper on Sunday, June 28th—a special evening celebrating the people, memories, and hospitality that defined Borough from the very beginning.
The night will bring together Borough alumni who helped shape the restaurant’s legacy, including Karyn Tomlinson, Joe Rolle, Kim Tong, and Jesse Held, alongside members of the Borough team for one final toast.
Guests can choose between a multi-course dining room experience with optional wine pairings or an intimate bar experience hosted by Jesse Held featuring cocktails, stories, and memories from Borough’s early days.
More than a farewell, this is a celebration of the guests, team members, and friends who have been part of our story over the last 13 years.

Over the years, Borough has been home to first dates that turned into marriages, engagement celebrations, anniversary dinners, family traditions, and countless nights spent reconnecting with the people who matter most.
As we prepare for our final 25 days, we'd love to hear the memories that Borough has been part of in your life. Share your story below—we'll be reading every one.

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: After more than 13 incredible years, we have made the difficult decision to close Borough, with our final day of service on June 27th.
Borough has meant so much to our company, our team, and the Minneapolis dining community. What started as a restaurant became a place for celebrations, late nights, first dates, anniversaries, reunions, and countless unforgettable experiences. We are endlessly grateful to every guest, employee, partner, and friend who has been part of the story over the years.
Over the next five weeks, we hope you’ll join us to celebrate everything Borough has been and the memories we’ve created together. Most importantly, we are incredibly thankful for our amazing team. Supporting them through this transition remains a top priority, and we are fortunate to have opportunities across Jester Concepts for many of them moving forward.
While this chapter is coming to a close, our time in the space is not over. Following a remodel, we are excited to welcome a new chapter this fall as Revival returns to Minneapolis. We cannot wait to share what’s next with you. ❤️
