Our focus at Standard is to provide our contractors with qualified Construction laborers, taking pride in connecting the appropriate Contractors with our qualified laborers, ensuring all your business needs are met.

We are a company that has successfully provided laborers to the construction industry for 20+ years. We offer service for a wide variety of needs, this includes; Light to heavy construction, in most trades Our labor come equipped with all the appropriate safety gear and tools necessary. Our Employees are tested and screened, including an extensive interview process that allows our company to build and maintain positive and lucrative relationships on both ends. We guarantee the performance of all our Employees, if for any reason you are not satisfied with our services and or the performance of an Employee during the first 4 hours, simply notify our Project manager and you will not be billed for that time.

A (4) hour minimum daily expenditure is applicable for all employees. Invoices will be provided and emailed on a weekly basis. Theses invoices will indicate the hours worked for each employee and their hourly rate. Payment is due upon receipt, and our employees are paid each week. We have excellent references and have a lenient hiring policy
