We're standing in solidarity with our community on Jan 23rd - it's an incredibly difficult decision to close on a Friday, especially for independent restaurants that depend on a weekend rush to make ends meet. It's hard on staff who depend on those busy hours to keep a roof over their heads, food on the table, and clothes on their backs. But at the end of the day, all we have is each other. People over profits.

New dish alert!

Couples Beef
Beef cheek + tripe terrine, black vinegar + chili dressing, cilantro, crushed peanuts

Couples beef is a go-to order whenever we go out to eat. It hits every note on the palate, and usually leaves you sweaty and wanting another order.

We’ve been wanting to sneak tripe into a dish that would be approachable to the uninitiated, and I think this fits the bill.

NEW ITEM - Sizzle Fish Crudo, inspired by our love of steamed whole fish topped with sizzling ginger, scallion, and soy - we incorporated those flavors into a crudo with amberjack.

NEW ITEM - PEPPER SALT WINGS

Chinese pepper salt or "jiu yim" is a Cantonese staple most commonly presented as pepper salt shrimp or calamari. We love this versatile seasoning and felt it would go great with our tender confit wings and a side of our tingly Sichuan ranch.
