Keep the new year going strong with a plan to close any gaps in your professional skills. Think about what you need to develop to achieve the goals you outlined in December, and organize them into soft skills (e.g. communications) and technical skills (e.g. AI). Choose one of each to focus on for either the quarter or the year—you can always add more later. Don’t forget to share with your mentor/mentee for feedback and encouragement! ✨
