Studio FUN

Thank you for inviting me back for the Creativity Festival and the CreativeCon. I worked with about 200 students grade 3-8 last 3 days introducing Bengala Mud Dye.
I was able to forget what’s happening outside when I was teaching. I felt a lot of positive energies from them. They were all creative and created beautiful dyed handkerchiefs/bandannas.
These kids looked so proud of themselves behind their work.

I was a Santa Claus this afternoon bringing SAORI looms to a house. What a 8-year-old boy asked his parents for Christmas present was to weave again!!
When I received the email from his mother on Dec. 1, I was super excited! My heart melted.
He wove with his parents and his grandparents at their house.
I really felt like being a Santa Claus. I brought joy to him!!
He wanted to make his piece "simple, but complicated" and he did it!!
