Alright I'm just going to say it.

If you think you’re doing all of the right things but you’re NOT losing weight, your blood sugar levels aren’t stable.

I mean, you can be eating and exercising “perfectly,” but if you don’t have actual data on your blood sugar numbers and glucose variability you WILL NOT lose weight.

Your glucose variability NEEDS to be below 12 consistently, and most of the women I help are SHOCKED to find out that they are completely out of range eating foods that “should” be keeping you in the fat-burning zone!

It’s always important to stay hydrated, 💦 but even MORE critical in the heat. 🔥

Your body is comprised of around 60% water and just about every system in the body needs it to function. And believe it or not, drinking water🚰 and sports drinks are not the ONLY ways to stay hydrated!

If you’re active in the summer 🏃‍♀️, it’s even more critical to be mindful of hydration because you’re losing more fluid through sweat. You can lose 2-3 liters of water 💦 per hour! It’s important to hydrate before, during and after exercise.
