We have Yamadanishiki now available in 60 and 70 percent mill rates.
Yamadanishiki is a medium grain sake rice, famous for its use in high-quality sake. It is particularly desired by sake brewers for its ability to absorb water and dissolve easily.
Yield: 10 kg of rice yields approximately 12,000ml (16 – 750ml bottles) at regular strengh (15-16%) alcohol.
