VEGA Productions

Vega strives to provide resources and programming for schools that have been forced to eliminate or reduce music and art education from their curriculum because of budget cuts. Since forming in 2005, Vega Productions has provided more than 30,000 students with the opportunity to participate in music and art programs across Minnesota.

Right now a community we partner with, Brooklyn Center, needs our support and solidarity. After the killing of Daunte Wright by Brooklyn Center police on Sunday, April 11, Brooklyn Center Community Schools and community members organized to support students and their families to offer services and other supports.

Per the district, we can help students, families, and the community at this moment, both locally and from afar, by making a contribution to the Student and Family Support Fund. Please consider showing your support today.

For those who were unable to physically assist with item donations to our community but still want to help, there is a GoFundMe campaign for monetary donations. Donations will be used to purchase essential items and food, as well as support housing needs for any families in need in the Brooklyn Center community.
