Recently, our community South Pointe faced a major challenge. Following an unfortunate fire at a neighboring property, occupancy took a hard hit. Colleen rolled up her sleeves, executed a plan for success, and took part in a massive property turnaround. Thanks to her hustle, occupancy rebounded positively by May 1st. And it didn't stop there - as of today, South Pointe is sitting at a stellar occupancy rate.

Colleen was recognized for strictly adhering to the "clean, neat, and friendly" motto. If there are five minutes left in her day, she grabs the vacuum or Windex to help out. She even does her own "white-glove inspections" on every unit turn to ensure future residents have a flawless move-in.

Colleen's hard work, dedication, and unstoppable drive inspire everyone around her. We are so lucky to have her with us at Timberland!
