I am a full-time working mom of two, 2 1/2 years postpartum and 45 pounds down (itโs a marathon not a sprint!) and this is what I eat in a day while focusing on protein and fiber ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ฅ๐๐ง
Lunch:
Catch tuna mixed with Greek yogurt, celery, Dijon mustard, hard boiled egg white, a tbsp low fat mayo and salt + pepper. โญ๏ธSide of , a cucumber, celery, pickled onions (currently obsessssed) and marinated artichoke hearts.
