Daikin Applied talent shined bright at the 2025 Americas Region Skills Competition, held July 28–31, where precision met passion on the manufacturing floor.

This annual event brings together top talent from production bases across the Americas, testing both hands-on technical expertise and knowledge of workplace safety. It’s a celebration of Daikin’s People-Centered-Management philosophy—investing in individual growth, driving continuous improvement, and advancing quality in every product we build.
