To help teachers at high-need schools make a substantive change in their classrooms, AdoptAClassroom.org offers grants in special focus areas.

Fallon received one of our Inclusive Classroom grants for her special education transition classroom. Thanks to the grant, her students with disabilities have access to more tools to help them build essential problem-solving and job skills.
