Just Breathe. . . Pranyama 4•4 nasal breathing can lower your blood pressure and when used long term will also heal your intrinsic, & autonomic tone. This puts you in rest and digest. Taking a trip with fight or flight can be exciting but let’s just slow down a bit so we don’t have a heart attack! In moments of reliving serious emotional trauma our autonomic tone springs into a too much like cheetah on the hunt. When we practice 4•4 breathing we slow the world down around us. We ground ourselves getting back in touch with reality. This is an intricate process to getting through the rest of our lives living a traumatic world esp today I’m covid 19. So let’s just all take a deep breath. Let God Let Go. Sat Nam. Namaste , & Amen
