These call centers that are calling you are violating Federal Law. This exact scenario is on the test EVERY year about "unsolicited phone calls"!! These call canters CANNOT call you and solicit Medicare business from you or your loved ones. I over heard one this morning calling my father, asked him for his phone and told this scam artist that he was violating Federal Law and this clown could not hang up the phone quick enough!! Be forearmed and forewarned!!

If you have coverage through the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and are eligible for Medicare, you’re not required to enroll. But you may have good reasons to do so.
